Gary Clark has resigned as a member of the Club

          A motion was approved to send the $80.00 from the sale of the noon tickets, the $33.00 happy/sad bucks funds and the $93.00 raised from gift wrapping to Polio Plus.

          Cliff had been approached by the Canton Club to sell tickets for a Hall of Fame weekend August 6-9, 2009, for which we would receive some of the money.  It was decided not to participate.

          The District Conference will be held April 17th and 18th at the McKinley Grand in Canton.  Our Club has the House of Friendship with a committee consisting of Kerri, Sondra, Maryann and Bonnie.

          Roger, Traci and Bonnie will meet at 7:00 AM at DND's on 1/29/09 to discuss the activities/events that the Club is involved with and report back to the Board with recommendations.

          Kerri is in charge of the membership committee and she is going to send out letters to perspective new members.  A lunch will be planned- no date certain.

          Discussions about changing meeting to an evening as there are 4 people who will join if we change from a lunch meeting - no action taken.

          Next week's meeting (2/5/09) will be devoted entirely to talking about the District Conference and fundraising.  Bonnie will email to everyone about this meeting.
